Tamara Ninkovic

Ms Tamara Ninkovic holds an MSc in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Montenegro. She currently works as an Electricity Market Expert at the Energy Community Secretariat. She started her career at the Energy and Water Regulatory Agency of Montenegro (REGAGEN) and, as its representative, she also served as Chairwoman of the ECRB Electricity Working Group. She possesses comprehensive knowledge of the EU electricity market acquis, supported by hands-on experience in its transposition and implementation in the Contracting Parties of the Energy Community.
