Eleni Charisi leads the newly established Sales and Key Account Management department at the Hellenic Energy Exchange (HEnEx), where she focuses on expanding the member base, improving client experience, and driving the development of new gas products and services.

Prior to joining HEnEx, Eleni worked as an Associate Editor at Argus Media, specializing in Central and Southeast European gas markets.

Eleni holds a Master of Science degree in Energy Business and Regulation.'
