
András Hujber
As part of the management team, András leads a Task Force in The European Commission’s DG ENER. He works with Member States and the Energy Community to design and implement crisis related emergency measures, including on diversification away from Russian energy imports.
Before joining the Task Force, he worked over a decade in DG ENER on integrating Europe’s wholesale electricity and gas markets, including energy market reforms and rules to prevent market abuses on traded energy markets.
Before moving to Brussels in 2008, András worked for seven years for the Austrian electricity and gas market regulator, E-Control.
András holds a master’s degree in economics of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna.
