Alexandru has almost 10 years’ experience in energy demand forecasting with TESLA (Europe) Ltd. Starting in March 2023, Alexandru was appointed the Managing Director of TESLA Energy Forecasting (CEE), based in Bucharest.

He has an in-depth understanding of both the statistical methods employed in energy forecasting and developing the software to support TESLA’s clients. He has been involved in developing and setting up numerous forecasting solutions for a wide variety of energy suppliers, distributions and grids in both Europe and the Middle East.

As a native Romanian, he had a significant contribution in securing the first Romanian client for TESLA. Over the past two years he helped support a growing number of businesses in both Central and Eastern Europe.
