Alive Capital is a Romanian company founded in 2013 by Giacomo Billi (CEO) with the initial aim of providing integrated management services to the Romanian operating renewable energy producers (E-RES).

The share capital of Alive Capital S.A. is owned by Premier Energy P.L.C. in proportion of 50.9999% and 49.0001% is owned by the Omnia Capital B.V.
