My Checklist
Keep track of the tasks and deadlines listed on this page, they're there to help you prepare for the event. Every time you complete a task, it will be checked off from this list.
- Tip: don't forget to select the correct type of organisation for your company (task "Select the type of organisation to show on your exhibitor profile"), so people can find you when they use the filters available on the Exhibitor List.
My Profile
Update your company profile on this page, as many times as you need before the event. We encourage you to keep your company description short and appealing and let your potential leads find out more about you on your website. The information added to the page My Profile will be automatically available on the Exhibitor List on the ETCSEE website.
- Tip: include information on your profile about what you are showcasing, products you are launching, who is speaking at the conference from your company, etc.; make sure to include the most common keywords associated with your business that people will use on the search box; if you want to include more detailed information about your company, add a link to the "About" page or any other page on your website.
My Messages
Our website visitors can connect with you by sending a message via your profile on the Exhibitor List; you will be able to manage all your messages on the page My Messages. You will receive an email notification every time you have a new message.
Marketing
The Marketing tab includes information and materials that will help you promote your involvement with the event, including promotional banners and the option to upload your Press Releases and Brochures, which will be displayed on your company profile on the Exhibitor List on the ETCSEE website.
- Tip: the more content you upload to the Exhibitor Portal, the better your potential clients can get to know you and the more likely it is that you are found on our website; don't forget to upload your Press Releases and other content related to your products and services, so that our visitors can get to know your offer way ahead of the event.
