The tabletop exhibition runs alongside the conference and will provide an important opportunity to network with all conference participants and speakers.
The conference sessions and exhibition will be held on the first floor of the hotel, where lunch and coffee breaks will take place as well.

The exhibition will be made up of tabletop displays. Clarion Energy will provide each exhibitor with:

• 1 high table
• 2 high chairs
• 1 Electricity connection point
• Waste bin

All props should be free-standing and not blocking any emergency exits. Leaning them against walls or blocking emergency exits is not permitted.

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Should you require wired internet connection for your stand, please contact Lena Hartandi-Niesen.

AV Equipment
To rent any additional audio/visual equipment (such as a TV monitor) for your stand, please contact Ms. Anikó Körmendi (see below for contact details). Please note you will be billed directly by the AV company.
