In cooperation with EFET, on 13 June in Prague, ETCSEE offers a workshop on Master Trading Agreements & the Expanded Universe of EFET Form Documentation. A full day of legal training presented by Birgit Kunze and Jan Haizmann who both have extensive knowledge on EFET contracts and related issues.
The EFET legal workshop is an intensive, across-the-board training seminar for delegates currently using, as well as delegates now desiring to become familiar with, the EFET General Agreements Concerning the Delivery and Acceptance of Electric Power and Natural Gas. The workshop is specifically essential for energy trading lawyers (both in-house and in private practice), traders and front office personnel, contract negotiators, contracts administration managers, risk and credit managers and treasury personnel responsible for collateral administration who are active in the European energy markets.
You will benefit from this workshop by learning the key procedures, documents and issues involved in trading power, natural gas and emissions allowances throughout Europe. Furthermore, you will get hands on information to use each of EFET's template trading, collateralization, netting and related ancillary agreements and form documents.
“Attendees of the workshop will get a better understanding of the regulatory qualification of energy products and related legal obligations for traders. The workshop is an indispensable opportunity to get specialized training and you will receive a certificate afterwards.”
There are strictly limited places available so early registration is essential. Book the workshop now for only €995 – please register online to secure your seat or contact Patrick Bauduin: email@example.com
